Starting rate of $65 covers trip fee and the first hour of labor, price excludes the cost of parts/material. Following the first hour, charges will be itemized and charged per project. We’re proud to satisfy your clients by completing resident/guest service requests in a quick and efficient manner. We also provide easy resident transitions through the delivery of timely unit punch-outs working around scheduled move-ins. Always ensuring to communicate effectively with property managers about what is needed for the property as well as take direction on tasks required.
Appliance & Fixture Installation
$65 starting rate
Whether you are adding character to your home by upgrading light fixtures, installing a new toilet, or replacing a water heater, we are here to be your support. We understand how daunting an installation project can be. With any installation needs that arise, you can reset assured our team can complete the work not only with confidence, but also with competence. We are experienced with installing both electrical and gas appliances.
Task List & Repairs
$65 starting rate
We are dedicated to helping homeowners love their homes by handling the projects that weigh heavy on their minds. Taking on a list of repairs and assisting our clients complete desired upgrades to their homes is our specialty. We find joy in being able to give our clients their time back by knocking out their to-do lists, no matter how big or small. Our team loves the variety of small jobs and the constant problem solving handyman work brings. We enjoy being part of the renewing of love our clients feel for their homes.
